Everybody has to talk about the weather in their blog at some point. 🙂
There is a low developing off the coast of south-east Queensland which is very exciting for me, cause it means that we might have a cyclone here for the first time in fourteen years. I’ve been studiously following it on the Bom website and checking out the movie on the James Cook Uni Metstat page. The Brisbane river is getting pretty choppy, the nice white caps make me think of surfing it (not).
Glad that the tree guys came and removed the two dead trees in my backyard on Wednesday because I’d be very worried if it was still there. But now there is sawdust all over the place and my plants have been stomped on. Can be more of a busybody to the neighbours now that the trees have gone. But that means they can see more of me. AArgh.
