Aaarghh. I’ve been mesmorised by an incredibly bad song that is so catchy that I just have to listen to it over and over again. It even has a video that is just as bad and I love that too! The website isn’t quite fit for work because the music plays when you go there but you shouldn’t because you’ll be caught in it’s spell too. It’s like that "Hey Macarana" song – you just can’t get rid of it. It’s like bad gay disco techno mixed with 80s boy band dancing. It totally has to be taking the piss. Pizzaz Pizazz Pizazz we’re gonna give it to ya!

But if you are looking for not so bad pop you only have to go as far as Kelly Osbourne. Her record is like the first Madonna album, obviously unpolished but so poppy and dancy and fun you overlook it. The "One Word" single doesn’t really describe the rest of the album, she reminds me of Pat Benatar and Cyndi Lauper. I like how sometimes her english accent comes through when she is trying to sound a little punk. I think she is hell cool especially for someone who has had to go through puberty in the public eye.

I’m also digging my new Vagenius cd that arrived from the US. I heard the "Educated Fool" on fluxblog and adored it so much I made the purchase over paypal. It’s also some gorgeous 80s synth pop which is so trendy cool at the moment so I’m just waiting for this band to make it big. Maybe this ep will make me rich in the future (but probably not).  I’ve overplayed educated fool now so I’m thrashing "take it to the maxx".
