Ok a few comments:
1 – I would suspect that it could become easy for someone to drown in there.
2 – Are they actually cooling off in there or is the water hot from the body heat?
3 – How the hell do the people in the middle of the pool get out when they want to?
4 – I wonder how many people would get affected if a first grader got amongst them and peed in the pool *grin*
