Right now I’m nursing 3rd degree sunburn (I’m stupid) and trying to take advantage of my last few hours of freedom before returning to work. I’ve got lots to write about regarding the trip to Melbourne and have already posted day 1 but have found it hard to find time to blog the rest of the trip. But don’t worry, I will get there and I am posthumously backdating it to the actual day of the trip, so if you come here looking for it you’ll have to go back a few days.
I did take the laptop to blog the trip but was shattered at the end of every day (these old women like a full day) so didn’t get round to writing anything. Yeah yeah, shut up. 🙂
How the heck did you get that?! The knees make quite a nice impression 🙂 It’s like those old hypercolour shirts!
Hey Amy, that is some of the most impressive sunburn I have seen in a long time! I hope you have the Aloe Vera handy and have a speedy recovery 🙂
The sheer straightness of the lines are impressive. It’s like you just didn’t move at all.
Except I know you, I would call it a cyclist sunburn. Well now you have the tan line maybe you should take it up. 8-D
I remember Amy’s pink bike that she had when she first moved to Brisbane, I was so jealous.
And then she got it stolen…
But it was Mum’s pink bike that she gave to me. As if I would purposely go out and buy a flourecent pink bicycle. 😀
I can help, if you want to relive having a pink bike. 8-D
Thanks, but no thanks. I’m still having hypercolor nightmares about the bike that look very similar to the yellow submarine movie combined with a Naked Lunch ipod commerical mashup. Freaky and psychadelic man.
I was so jealous of that pink bike – and I remember it was mum’s. She had it sitting next to the front door for AGES, and i wasn’t allowed to touch it. I was devastated.
Then when we came to visit you, and to get rid of me, you and mum decided i was suddenly allowed to ride the bike, and went for a ride around West End.
Yay.
